At JW Player, we make it our mission to help our customers reliably navigate their business through the ever-changing world of video. In light of the massive challenges the COVID-19 pandemic is creating worldwide, we want to let you know that our mission has not changed.

As a business, our first priority is the health and safety of everyone.


For 13 years we have uniquely understood the role of video for your business. The uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic has drastically limited how you communicate with customers and audiences. At JW Player, view this not as a challenge, but an opportunity as audiences are consuming 20-30% more video content during this uncertain time.
