How do I shop if I'm shipping to a destination outside of the US?
Select the country where you will be shipping your order to, which will change the currency our prices are displayed in. When you are ready to checkout, you will see local payment methods and calculations for any additional taxes that are payable. You will also have the option to change the language in the checkout.
Please note that all ring sizes displayed are U.S. sizes, please see our ring size guide to determine your size.
What currency do you use?
We display and collect payments in the local currency when you select your shipping country. You will be charged in the currency listed at checkout.
Lightbox Jewelry is not responsible for any currency exchange fees charged by banks.
Do you offer e-gift cards for international customers?
For now, our e-gift cards are only available to customers shipping within the US.

Currently, our delivery partner is only able to ship loose stones to US addresses. We are working hard to find a new partner that is able to deliver loose stones internationally to addresses outside of the US and will update our email database as soon as we are able to do so. We appreciate your patience and look forward to being able to ship to you soon!
How much does international shipping cost?
We offer free express shipping through DHL for all orders shipping to outside of the U.S.
How do I track my international order?
You can track your order by clicking the link in your order confirmation email.
When will I receive my order?
Shipping times can vary, but most orders are shipped within 2 working days of purchase, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order ships, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-5 working days of the ship date.
Can I have my order delivered to a PO box?
We are unable to ship to PO boxes.
DUTIES & TAXES
Are taxes and duties included in my order total?
The way duties, taxes and other customs fees are treated is dependent on what country you are shipping to.
For Canada, we include the duties in the price that is displayed on each product page and sales tax is calculated at checkout. You will not need to pay any additional fees when your order arrives.
For the UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong and Singapore we include the duties and taxes in the price that is displayed on each product page.
This means you will not have to pay these fees separately when checking out or when your order arrives.
For all other countries, the duties and taxes that are payable to your local customs authority are calculated at checkout. In most cases, you will have the option to either:
- Pay the duties and taxes at the time of check out. The guarantees that you will not have to pay any additional fees at the time of delivery
- Pay the duties and taxes at the time of delivery. If you select this option, the courier will get in touch with you when the parcel arrives at your country to obtain payment ahead of delivering your parcel. Should you select this option and then refuse delivery, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
How are duties and taxes calculated?
Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, where they were made, your shipping destination and the value of your purchase.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and includes:
- The Sales Tax applied by your country and
- Duties charged for processing by your country.
Are duties and taxes refundable on return orders?
Any duties and taxes collected separately at checkout and/or paid to your local customs authority at the time of your delivery are non-refundable. This is because Lightbox Jewelry are unable to recover these fees from your customs authority.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What items are eligible for return?
Our hope is that you are completely satisfied with your Lightbox Jewelry purchase. However, if you would like to a return an item:
- Your item must be unworn and in its original condition, with return tags intact, and be placed back into its original packaging prior to shipping back to us.
- You have 30* days from the ship date to return your item and your item must be returned from the same country to which it was delivered. (*Orders placed between 1st Nov - 31st Dec 2021 have an extended 60 days return period.)
- Return shipping is approximately 30 USD ($) and will be deducted from your refund amount. Duties and taxes paid separately at checkout are non-refundable.
We endeavor to process your return within 3-4 days of receiving your item back.
We do not currently offer international exchanges.
How do I return my order?
To begin the returns process, please visit our online returns center. To start your return, you will need to enter your order number and email address and then select the items you wish to return.
There is a fee for international returns that will be deducted from your refund when the return is processed. This fee is approximately 30 USD ($) charged in the currency the order was purchased in, and will be deducted from your refund amount. Any duties and taxes paid separately at checkout are nonrefundable.
Once you have requested your return, you will receive a prepaid shipping label which you can use to return the items using their original shipping box and packaging (this is to ensure the pieces stay protected on their way back to us). Please include a copy of your original dispatch note inside the box (your order will arrive with two copies, so in the event of a return you can keep one for your records). Please ensure your personal details (name, cell and email) are filled out on the dispatch note.
How long will it take to process my refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for our warehouse to process your return and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. We’ll send you a confirmation email once our team has processed your return so you know your refund is on the way.
